Offensive Lineman

Junior Quick Tackle
Roy Aguilar
is this week’s
Offensive Lineman choice. Most of the Bulldog yardage on the night went off of the “quick side”, and most of it due to Roy’s great effort.

Defensive Lineman
Senior Lineman
Josh Fuhrken stepped in at nose guard this week and came up with this week’s Defensive Line of the week. He led the lineman with nine tackles and harassed the Sinton QB for most of the night. Here is a critical sack he registered at a pivotal moment in the game.

Momentum Player
The OG Bulldogs were in a pretty tight spot on their end of the field, already down by one touchdown, when
Senior Linebacker  Andrew Garza
stepped in front of the Sinton receiver to haul in this interception that was a huge momentum swing for the Bulldogs.

Offensive Back
The
re is an old adage amongst coaches; “Big time players make big time plays in big ballgames.”
Senior Halfback
Cody Gomez
can certainly lay claim to title “big player” after his 160 yard performance Friday night. Here are a few of his highlights.

Defensive Back

Senior Linebacker
Jesse Salas
is again this week’s Defensive Back of the week. He led the team in tackles again and seemed to be everywhere at times. Here he is with great pressure on the QB.

Special Teams Player

Senior Place Kicker
Chris West
is this week’s Special Teams player. In a game this close, every point is critical, and Chris was good on all of his PATs.
