The O.G.
Bulldogs lost a hard fought ballgame this past Friday night in
Ingleside. There were several outstanding plays on both sides of the
ball for the Bulldogs and here are a few of them.

Offensive Lineman
Senior
tackle J.J. Galvan gets on the board for the
first time this year. O.G. pounded the Mustangs for most of the ball game,
and J.J.’s play in the middle was a big reason.

Special
Teams Player
Sometimes
the absence of a big play is the big play in tough ballgames. In a game
that was very close until late, every yard counted, and senior punter
Andrew Garza made sure that Ingleside wasn’t going to have a
big play on his watch.

Defensive Lineman
Senior noseman
Josh Fuhrken gets back on the board
defensively this week. His line-leading eight tackles and QB sack were the
reasons.

Momentum
Play
Early in the contest,
Junior defensive tackle Bryce Osborne came up
with this fumble recovery that led to O.G.’s first touchdown
and the lead.

Defensive Back
Despite
playing with a broken hand, senior Trey Porras
led the defense with 10 tackles and a pass deflection. |

Offensive
Back
Senior quarterback, Kelton Craven gets this
week’s vote. His yardage gained rushing with his passing yards makes him
the yardage leader this week, but it was his tough running in the hard
middle that got him this week’s vote. |
